It is important to remember that you are the same person whether you are wearing make up or not, whether you are wearing ballgown, lingerie or stained joggers.

Whilst there is obviously a physical transformation that takes place as part of the photoshoot experience, the real transformation is how you view yourself during and after the shoot...with confidence, strength, pride and love.
